What a treat! Beautiful room, great host. It's not like I wanted to start my day early or see where I'm going, but breakfast could've been served a bit earlier and some lights left on. But who needs light or punctuality, right?

It creates a warm and inviting atmosphere that instantly makes you feel relaxed and at home. Each room has its own private entrance, adding an extra touch of privacy and convenience. As a budget traveler, I appreciate the attention to detail and the thoughtfulness that went into designing these rooms.
Personally, I didn't enjoy the fact that there is no breakfast included at Carmel Forest Lodge. However, I understand that some people might prefer to explore different dining options in the area.

Loved the stunning coastal views, and the convenience of having boutiques and bakeries just a stone's throw away. And let's not forget the delightful 12-minute walk to the beach!
Oh, and of course, the fact that WiFi was available in "all areas". Such a thoughtful touch!

Had a fabulous time wandering through the charming streets, indulging in the delicious treats at the nearby bakeries, and gazing at the breathtaking coastal cliffs. The convenience of having everything within a short stroll was simply splendid.
Oh, how I loved walking for 12 minutes to reach the beach! It made me feel like a true adventurer, braving the wild wilderness of Carmel with my trusty map and sun hat.

The second night at this place was mind-blowing. The staff was super responsive and fixed the broken fireplace and replaced the dirty rug in the bathroom. The suite was jaw-dropping with a fantastic fireplace. It is located in a very quiet area, yet within walking distance of all the attractions. The room was super comfortable and the grounds were well cared for. The guy at the office was gracious and thorough. The price was very reasonable for a mid-week stay. Can't wait to come back!

Loved the stunning coastal views, especially while shopping at the cute boutiques. The beach was just a short walk away, perfect for lazy days. And oh, the WiFi worked.sometimes.
Who needs a stable WiFi connection anyway? It's not like I wanted to use the internet or anything.

The coastal views were exquisite, and the cute shops and bakeries were dangerously tempting. Walking on the beach was a great way to burn off all those calories.
Couldn't find a single sea monster in the Monterey Bay Aquarium. Disappointing.

The views are so picturesque, it's like looking at a postcard. The boutiques and bakeries are a stone's throw away, perfect for some impromptu shopping. And the beach is just a short stroll, great for some sand between my toes.
Who needs good WiFi anyway? It's not like we're in the 21st century or anything.
